LEADING accommodation provider Fresh has been announced as the operator of the new purpose-built student scheme at The Island Quarter. Fresh will run the 693-bed phase on the Manvers Street side of the 36-acre regeneration scheme, forming part of The Conygar Investment Company PLC’s plans for intergenerational living on the site in Nottingham city centre.
