After 25 years of neglect, the shape of a diverse, new community for Nottingham is beginning to emerge
Our new all-day, canal-side destination with restaurants, bars and extensive events space has rapidly become the place to be in Nottingham. With Binks Yard, the all day, drinks and live entertainment with the largest outdoor terrace in the city and host to a full programme of live music, dance and sports screenings to Cleaver & Wake delighting guests with their culinary expertise serving the best of British menus. On the top floor of the iconic 1 The Island Quarter building is the dedicated events space the perfect location for corporate events and conferences, weddings and private parties.
In September 2024, our brand-new student accommodation, Winfield Court, will open. Providing both en suite bedrooms and individual studios for 693 students. Winfield Court is only a short walk to Nottingham Trent university or a short bus ride to University of Nottingham making it the perfect base for your university experience.
Across the development, we’re creating a mixture of short-stay hotel accommodation, and innovative long-stay home-from-home residences providing connected and city living for the changing needs of today’s travellers. The hotels will be delivered in partnership with IHG; the building will include 223 bedrooms and suites, as well as additional residential rental apartments, a 100-metre long forum for people to meet, eat and drink and 3,000 sqm of flexible serviced office space.
