Winfield Court is only a short walk to Nottingham Trent university or a short bus ride to University of Nottingham, making it the perfect base for your university experience.
Residents can enjoy outstanding citywide connectivity thanks to Winfield Court’s dedicated free campus shuttle bus service that provides fast, safe and convenient travel at no extra cost to residents.
Running continuously from 8am–5pm, the double-decker shuttle links Winfield Court with various Nottingham Trent University and University of Nottingham campuses, including stops on Dryden Street, Jubilee Campus, East Drive and Clifton.
As the first private student accommodation scheme in Nottingham to offer its own transport service directly to campus, you have the flexibility to move easily between study, social and leisure spaces, ensuring you can make the most of living in the heart of the city.
Following the success of Winfield Court, we were granted planning permission in late 2024 to progress with a second phase of student accommodation on site.
