Our stunning student accommodation, Winfield Court, opened in September 2024. Providing both en suite bedrooms and individual studios for 693 students. Winfield Court is only a short walk to Nottingham Trent university or a short bus ride to University of Nottingham, making it the perfect base for your university experience.

Our rooms are designed with student living in mind. With bills included, plenty of storage, dedicated workspace, ensuite bathroom and a small double bed in every room. Opt for an ensuite room or a studio – you can even share as a couple at no extra charge!

A second phase is coming

Following the success of Winfield Court, we were granted planning permission in late 2024 to progress with a second phase of student accommodation on site.

An additional 394-beds accompanied by more first-class amenities will be available to Nottingham’s students. Keep your eyes out for updates!

Our exquisite modern fine dining restaurant Cleaver & Wake is also part of The Island Quarter. Upstairs at Cleaver & Wake, we host a number of events including, Charlotte Tilbury make up masterclasses, fashion shows, chocolate making and much more.

Our outdoor terrace at Binks Yard hosts unmissable dance, music, sports and student events, creating an experience like no other. The outdoor area is covered, and we have the largest outdoor screen in the East Midlands, providing all year round entertainment. We have an extensive events programme of DJs and live music inside Binks Yard on selected days for you to enjoy alongside our delicious food.
