Our special New Year’s Eve tasting event is set to be a really special evening and the chance for guests to taste some really fantastic dishes. We’ve worked hard to craft a menu that celebrates the very best produce from the British Isles and some of my favourite dishes. We couldn’t think of a better way to welcome in the new year.”

Throughout December Cleaver & Wake will also be serving its newly launched festive menu.

Standout dishes include winter squash agnolotti featuring crown prince squash, Cropwell Bishop stilton, almond and quinoa granola; and halibut roasted in foaming butter, salsify, smoked eel and champagne velouté.

Over the course of the festive season, Cleaver & Wake will be open every day apart from Sunday 25 December and Monday 26 December and will re-open from Wednesday 28 December until New Year’s Eve on 31 December. The restaurant will then be closed until 18 January.
